I wreck my car and didn't wanna another ding on my insurance. I had my cat towed to Crossroads Tire and Automotive. They called me back the same day and let me know the damage. I was told it will be 7-10 days before parts were to come in. Well the parts came in sooner and I was back on the road in no time. They completed the job in a yimel6 fashion , I was allowed to pay over the phone and do an after hour pick. I definitely recommend them for any mechanical needs you may have.

Crossroads Tire Service is outstanding in customer support. I purchased two 22.5 tires for my motorhome from a different company who at the last minute informed me they were unable to mount the tires for me. I had an afternoon appointment for a front end alignment at Crossroads Tire. I called and explained my problem. Jennifer squeezed me in to mount the new tires I had purchased elsewhere before my appointment for the front end alignment. I'll definitely be returning for my next Tire replacements. Everyone at your Crestwood location is top notch. I really enjoyed your new employee that took over Harolds Duties. Got to meet Morgan, your new service manager - Wow, what a knowledgeable Young Lady. I'm going back tomorrow, Wednesday for Grover to do an oil change on my 17 Chevy. Keep up the good work.
