Wish I could give 10 stars. Mr Adam is the associate who helped me. I had first visited Discount tire in front of academy. They tried to upsale me on stuff I didn’t need. Quote me over 4k for wheels and tires when I only went in for 2 tires. I ended up spending 2k with Crossroads tire because adam consulted with and got me set up right. 10/10 will recommend anyone needing help with new tires or car/truck related questions.

Great experience at Crossroads Tire and Automotive. I had checked several local service centers, including my original dealership, and had been told it would be two or three days until they could inspect my car. CT & A accepted my walk-up business, performed a thorough inspection, and had me back on my way very efficiently. Harold Hill was pleasant and helpful throughout, and the mechanic performing the inspection was well qualified. Could not ask for better!
