The people where friendly but it took 4 hours to put 3 tires on ...need more employees

Bad communication- I went in for an alignment & balance. I called to ask for a price on both. A lady named Leticia stated $16.99 and I hung up. I was talking with my mom that it wasn't a bad price. Which seemed weird because other places charged 80$ . So I decided to call again to make sure. Another lady answered and I asked her I wanted to make sure and she said $16.99. so I repeated it to her so u said 16.99 right and she said yes. I took it in to drop it off and I asked a older man and he told me the same price. I leave it and get the work done. Go back to pay and they said it was $68.. I was so mad and explained to them that that was not right. That that was not what they told me. Another employeed lady behind gets in and says " you've might of heard wrong." I was like nooo I asked 3x!! They didn't even try to give me a discount or nothing. Last time I'll be going here. If it was a miscommunication it was from both side. They clearly heard me saying 1 6 . 9 9... Next time I have to just write it down to them ...

Great service and friendly

Took my wife's Honda here for quite a bit of maintenance. I am happy with the quality of work. The technician spoke to me personally to make sure I got done what I wanted done. I expected it to take much longer than it did and it cost less than I budgeted for. I highly recommend this shop for any real work; AC, suspension, transmission leaks, etc. I haven't had any other shop besides Brake Check treat my car so well in all of Victoria....and I have a few horror stories.

I have been coming to crossroads for many years now and I cant find a better place to spend my money other than this local tire shops and needless to say their fair and honest not out to try and just make a dollar anyways if u need tires or mechanic service this is the place I reccomend!!!
