Adam was very nice and helpful. He explained everything to me in full. They even fixed my tires that Walmart messed up for me. Very nice, very professional, very helpful and quick service. Will definitely use them again when needed.

Aaron was our tech and he did a great job also the Service manager explained the process of the fluids they used as well as the reasoning behind why they use those specific fluids during an oil change! Very helpful information and they definitely will be getting our business from now on! Thanks again Crossroads Tire & Automotive!

Cannot say enough about this establishment. Found out I needed new brakes all the way around, and was in a bit of shock! Got there around the lunch hour, and the front office staff offered to let me order lunch with them. There is nowhere else in the crossroads area that I will take my vehicle. Shout out to Grover Cessor for such expedient service!
